Dear Members,

Thank you all for the outstanding abstracts that were submitted for the 2019 New York Society for Surgery of the Hand Resident and Fellows Research Night.

From the 45 abstracts submitted from 10 institutions, the committee has selected 21 abstracts for podium presentation and 10 abstracts for poster presentation.  This unfortunately means that there were a number of excellent studies that could not be accepted and we sincerely apologize for this.

The list of accepted abstracts for podium and poster presentation is attached.  Podium presentations will be 5 minutes each, strictly timed.  Poster presentations will consist of a single slide, detailing your study, similar to the abstract that you submitted.  Presentations must be in PowerPoint format and ready for upload by May 1st, 2019. Instructions on uploading will be forthcoming.

We look forward to an outstanding evening and thank you for all of your hard work and contributions to this important program.  I would also like to thank the Abstract Review Committee, Dr. Maria Cipollone, Dr. Jaehon Kim, Dr. Pamela Levine and Dr. David Tuckman, for their hard work in reviewing and scoring the numerous abstracts.
